Last week Castle Douglas Development Forum’s Project Development Officer, Sarah-Jane Allsopp was presented with a £500 cheque from Castle Douglas Co-op’s Community Champion, Ruth!
The money was raised over the last month from the sales of the community bookshelf in Co-op, and it is going towards Castle Douglas’ new inclusive playpark.
This is an amazing contribution from our community towards the new Inclusive playpark. Fundraising for this inclusive space for Castle Douglas and the community, that is accessible to everyone no matter their age, ability, or need is well underway and our communities generosity is such a big part of that progress.
