The Men’s Shed Association is about finding community spaces for men to help reduce loneliness and isolation, improve mental well-being and have fun.
In Castle Douglas, this space is somewhere that men can meet and undertake an activity together, learn new skills, and share their own, but also where people can pop in for a chat to find information about local services and help their local community.
