The young people at Better Lives Partnership have been doing their part to support fundraising for Castle Douglas’ new Inclusive Play park.
Better Lives Partnership is a charity based in Dumfries and Galloway and was set up in 2016 with the expressed aim of delivering and improving the services available for children and young people affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and additional barriers, their families and carers and those who support them.
Castle Douglas Development Forum has commissioned two young artists from Better Lives Partnership to design a selection of cards to be sold in the Castle Douglas Town Shop and Heart of Galloway. Holly Spark and Alex McConchie have done a wonderful job creating cards of Castle Douglas and some Christmas cards to sell during the festive season.
Additionally, CDDF has created a 2022 calendar to raise money with photos gathered from members of the community. All these products are available to buy at Castle Douglas Town Shop and Heart of Galloway.
